How we work

Context first.
Application always.

We connect the learning experience to the work people need to do after it.

Understand the work

Define the business context, the people involved, and the change you want to see.

We explore the audience, the work they do, and the barriers they face. Together, we define a useful focus and agree what is in scope.

Design the experience

Agree on the scope, learning activities, materials, and practical evidence of progress.

We choose the activities, examples, and materials that fit your audience. A workshop, simulation, or guided work session should earn its place in the program.

Practice together

Use workshops, simulations, or guided work sessions to turn concepts into decisions and actions.

Participants work with realistic situations, compare approaches, and reflect on the consequences of their choices. Facilitation helps make the connection to their own work.

Apply and review

Connect the learning to everyday work and review what needs reinforcement or adjustment.

We agree how participants will apply the learning and what follow-up is useful. Review can draw on examples of work, participant reflection, and feedback from the people involved.

What we agree before we begin

The work

Audience, business context, intended changes, and the boundaries of the engagement.

The delivery

Activities, materials, responsibilities, schedule, and fees.

The review

How we will gather feedback and assess whether the work has been useful.

The information

Confidentiality, appropriate data use, and any restrictions on tools or materials.

Bring us the context.

A first conversation starts with what you are trying to improve, not a predetermined course.
